We pair concepts with activities in the shared learning space between human and horse, emphasising felt connection. This brings an awareness of the participant’s internal compass, aiding recognition of and control over choices.
By learning what matters to horses and how they learn, participants become more aware of themselves and how they relate to others.
Unlocking self-expression through creative processes such as stories, poetry, journalling, art and play encourages narrative rewriting – revising internal and external stories.
